    2 medium onions finely diced
    2 large sweet potatoes with skin,scrubbed,diced into 1/4" cubed
    2 (15oz.) cand black or kidney beans, drained
    1/3 tsp oregano
    1 carton vegetable or chicken broth
    1 bag fresh spinach
    2 c. chopped cabbage
    2c. diced carrots
    2c. chopped broccoli
    2 c. diced celery
    2c diced bell pepper( any or all-red,green,yellow,orange)
    2c green beans
    2c diced zuccini
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    Salt, pepper, and spices to taste


Place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and cook ubtuk vegetables tender. Makes 24 1 cup servings
