A family favorite with HUGE portions! A family favorite with HUGE portions!

    1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
    No Boil Lasagne noodles, 1 pkg
    Salsa, 2.5 cups
    Tomato sauce, 1.5 cups
    Sweet Corn,frozen or can, 1 cup
    Black beans, drained 16 oz can
    Fat free refried beans, 16 oz can
    green chilies,drained 1 6 oz can
    cheddar cheese, 6 oz shredded
    mozzarella cheese, 6 oz shredded
    taco seasoning, 1 pkg.


Brown turkey in large skillet. Add in corn,beans, peppers, 1 cup tomato sauce,taco seasoning. Stir until well mixed.
In separate bowl, mix the remiaing tomato sauce & salsa together.
In large square baking dish, place small amt of non-stick cooking spray. Add about 1/4 of the salsa mix. Top with noodles, then add 1/2 of the meat mix. Add 1/4 salsa mix,top with 1/3 cheeses.
Repeat layers and finish top layer with salsa&cheese.
Cover & bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Let sit approx 15 minutes before serving.

This recipe can also be made with extra lean ground beef. The black beans add extra fiber!
