    1 sheet Baked Seaweed
    1/2 cup Rice
    1/2 cup Imitation Crab
    1/2 carrot
    1/2 Avacado


Lay the Seaweed on a strong napkin.
spread hot rice to 1/4 inch on the seaweed.
cut veggies into strips and lay carrots avacados and crab onto one side of the rice. Snuggly roll it up starting at one side. Use the Napkin or your fingers will break thru the seaweed.
