Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 can black beans, rinsed
    1 can corn w/ peppers
    7 oz Kraft 2% Mexican blend
    OEP Green Enchilada Sauce
    8" flour tortillas

Directions

Brown Meat
Layer Meat, Beans, Corn and Cheese into 8 tortilla shells
Roll and place in 9x13 pan, seam down
Cover with Enchilada Sauce and remaining cheese

Bake at 350* until bubbly and cheese is melted
