    1 Can (15 oz) Black beans, drained and rinsed
    4 ozs Monterey Jack Cheese (reduced fat) 1/4" cubes
    1 Can (8 3/4 oz can) corn drained
    1/4 C sliced green onion with tops
    3/4 C sliced celery
    1 small sweet red pepper
    3/4 c picante sauce
    2 tbl olive oil
    2 tbl lemon juice
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1 garlic glove, minced


Combine all , mix well. Cover and chill several hours.
