A healthy low fat light lunch or snack. A healthy low fat light lunch or snack.
Number of Servings: 5


    1 can of member's mark canned chicken (13 ounces)
    1 tbsp of lemon juice
    1 medium avocado


No cooking required. Makes 5 (1/3 cup) servings.

Simply open the can of chicken, drain and flake into bowl. Cut avocado in half, pit and add to the bowl. Stir in lemon juice and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.

*I use as a spread, to eat with crackers
