Easy and quick flatbread! Easy and quick flatbread!

    2 cups king arthur all purpose flour
    2tbs safflower oil (kroger brand)
    2tbs apple cider vinegar (spectrum)
    1tsp arm and hammer baking soda


This recipe makes 8 large flatbreads (or 16 small)

Preheat cast iron skillet until water dances on top when sprinkled.

1. Mix all ingredients. Dough should be relatively easy to handle, but don't knead it too much or it will be chewy.
2. Divide ball of dough into 8 equal servings and roll serving into a ball.
3. Drop ball of dough into a bowl of flower and coat lightly.
4. Roll dough out with rolling pin.
5. Place flatbread serving in pan and let cook on each side about 30 seconds.

Bread is delish with hummus and stores well for 2 - 3 days in a gallon sized ziploc.
