Introduction

To make this more diet friendly I cut 1 strip of THIN bacon into thirds to wrap my poppers.
I used the low fat cream cheese ever so sparingly
These are GOOD, I LOVE jalapeno anything

Ingredients

    4 jalapenos
    1 tbl low fat cream cheese
    1 strip of thin bacon

Directions

Pre-caution wear disposable gloves when handling peppers
ALWAYS wash hands throughly before & AFTER handling peppers.
Don't touch your face or any other part of your body after handling peppers unless you have washed your hands.
Keep the children away from the area where you are preparing peppers don't let them touch the things.

Warned, now

Preheat Oven 350

Slice fresh Japs in 1/2 remove seeds and inside flesh
Spread cream cheese inside the halfed pepper
Wrap bacon around the pepper and cream cheese
Use wooden cocktail pick to secure (optional)
Place bundles on wire rack that fits on a rimmed cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes

The bacon will shrink up and make a nice little delious popper.
