Ingredients

    1 T olive oil
    4 cloves garlic
    1 med onion (red preferably)
    100g lean ground beef
    1 cup frozen spinach
    1 can salsa chilli beans
    1 can tomatoes
    herbs - bayleaf, fresh basil, dried mixed herbs, salt & pepper

Directions

Heat oil in pan. Add chopped onion and garlic. Saute till transparent, then add ground beef. Once meat is browned add canned tomatoes and herbs. Simmer until reduced then add beans. Simmer till sauce is bubbling golden around the edges. Serve with wholemeal spaghetti:)
