Ingredients

    2 Tbls Margarine
    1 1.4 Cup Chicken Broth Low Sodium
    4 Cloves Garlic pressed or minced
    1 cup Canned milk 2% and 2 Cup Water mixed
    3 Tbls Basil
    1 cup Sundried Tomatoes
    4 chicken Breast Boiled and cubed
    14.5 Barilla Plus Multigrain Farfalle (bow tie pasta)


Directions

Melt butter and garlic together, add tomatoes and chicken broth bring to boil, simmer until tomatoes are soft 10-15 m
add milk and water bring to boil, in small bowl mix corn starch and water and pour into sauce, simmer until desired thickness. Add boiled and cubed chicken to sauce. Add Sauce to cooked Pasta.

Makes 8 servings

I put 2 tsp of grated Parmesian cheese on top of my serving which added 25 calories and 1.5 fat
