    Juice and frozen fruit blended into a delicious smoothie.


Pour 1 cup of juice into blender
Add frozen fruits
Blend until smooth

This has a little bit of a kick so you may want to add some sweetener. Also it's fairly thick so if you like your smoothies thinner you may want to add more juice. Hope you enjoy!
