Ingredients

    1/2 to 1 stick Butter
    1 c Flour
    .5 c sugar ( can use all Splenda)
    .5 c Splenda
    1 t Baking Powder
    Dash Salt (opttional)
    1 c low fat milk
    1 can Cherry pie filling (or any flavor filling)


Directions

Melt butter in 9"x 13" baking dish.Mix everything but the filling in bowl. Pour into baking dish. Pour filling in on top of mix. Bake at 350 for about 20-25 mins.
Cut into 8 to 10 servings.
Serve warm or cool.

Please note this is best baked in a Cast Iron Dutch oven

    I made this but I used frozen apples and drizzeled honey on top. I used the splenda blend. It was very good. - 8/19/07
