    Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 8 cup (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Cloves, ground, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Butter, salted, .5 cup (remove)
    Honey, .5 cup (remove)
    *Seasalt .25 tsp, 6 serving (remove)


Cut sweat patatoes into 2" chunks, boil in sea salt water

peal, mash with all ingredients

salt and pepper if wish

Finish off by baking 350 for 15 minutes or serve right away
