    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 cup Sliced Green Peppers
    1 cup Sliced Red Peppers
    1 cup Sliced Yellow Peppers
    1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
    1/2 cup Sliced Red Onion
    1/2 cup Sliced Green Onion
    1 pkg Firm Tofu
    2 cups Orange Juice
    1/4 cup Jalapeno Pepper
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Heat Olive Oil (about 3 tbsp) in Wok, and add ground turkey. Cook Thoroughly.

Remove from pan and set aside.

Add Olive Oil (about 2 tbsp) in wok and heat, add All Vegetables and stir often.

Add Orange Juice after about 4 minutes of stirring vegetables. Continue to stir, until sauce begins to thicken.

Stir Turkey into the mixture till well coated, and slowly fold in Diced Tofu.

Heat till tofu is warmed through.

Serve on Rice and Enjoy
