Ingredients

    2 tsp. instant coffee
    1/2 C boiling water
    1 C 1% milk
    2 tsp. L-Glutamine powder
    2 tsp. lecithin granules
    1 scoop of whey protien powder (EAS 100% Protein Powder calculated in recipe)
    3-4 drops Stevia (liquid was used)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 Blue Bunny Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream
    Lots of ice cubes

Directions

Boil water and add to the coffee granules. Add everything in the blender, holding back the whey protein powder until the liquids are cooled (it will "curdle" in boiling hot liquid). Makes two large frappe's. Weight Watcher, 5 points each serving
