    1 lb ground beef
    3 cans Condensed Mushroom Soup (98% Fat Free in this recipe)
    1 cup sour cream (Light in this version)


Brown Meat, drain and set aside.
Pour 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom into pan. Stir as it hisses. Now is the time to add spices if you're so inclined.
Add meat back in.
If it's too thick for you, thin it out with third can of mushroom soup.
Turn heat on low. It will still bubble for a while. Allow it to settle down.
Add sour cream and stir it back in. Light Sour Cream tends to be a bit runny, so it may be wise to turn up the heat to a boil again, then reduce to low and let it thicken up a tad.
Season to taste.
Makes approx. 8 servings.
