    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c oatmeal
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 c baking cocoa
    3 cup zucchini
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c applesauce

    Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees in a prepared 9 x 13 inch pan for 1 hour or until done. Cut into 24 pieces and serve.
