    Pizza dough (most bakeries supply dough but if you're a diehard you can get recipe from
    1 package shredded lowfat Mozzarella cheese
    4 oz sliced reduced fat Salami (look in your deli section)
    6 oz of seasoned grilled chicken breast, chopped
    1 cup green pepper strips
    1/2 cup of onions sliced thin
    5 thin slices of large ripe tomato
    1 garlic clove minced
    1 cup of tomato sauce (your choice)



Let pizza dough rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Work pizza dough into flattened Pizza shape rolling the edges to form a crust. Place on cookie sheet or pizza pan.
Lay down sauce evenly using spoon.
Next add salami and chicken spreading evenly to cover pizza.
then add vegetables and garlic.
Last add the cheese, sprinkling to cover pizza.
Bake for 25-30 mins until cheese is bubbly and crust is starting to brown.
Makes 8 servings one slice servings.
