Ingredients

    Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9"
    Kiwi Fruit, 3 fruit without skin, medium
    Pears, fresh, 2 pear, large (approx 2 per lb)
    Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 200 grams
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields

Directions

bake pie crust on cookie sheet, remove from oven and let cool. slice up any time of fresh fruit and dress with lemon juice so fruit wont turn brown. spread room temp cream cheese over cooled pie crust, then layer fruit any way you like.
