Number of Servings: 4


    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    *Noodles, egg, cooked, unenriched, without added salt, 4 cup (remove)
    Sour Cream, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Kraft Fat Free Ranch Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Scallions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Asparagus, fresh, 12 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    1 TBS of chopped fresh cilantro.


While boiling your Bowtie noodles, prepare the following.
Separate top of broccoli into bite size pieces
Chop one cup of carrots
Chop one cup of Scallions
Chop one tablespoon of fresh cilantro
Steam the carrots, broccoli and asparagus spears.
While steaming veggies put the olive oil a large ceramic bowl.
Crush a garlic clove and rub on inside of bowl with oil.
Take the garlic clove out.
When noodles are cooked strain and put into bowl with olive oil,toss to distribute the noodles.
Add the sour cream and the Ranch dressing.
Add the cilantro and the fresh scallions.
Mix all ingrediants.
Serve noodles with steamed vegetable mixture on top. Put 3 asparagus spears on each serving.
