    *Center Cut Bacon, 3 serving (remove)
    *Extra lean ground beef 96% lean, 24 oz (remove)
    **Heinz 57 Steak Sauce made with Lea & Perrins Worchestire Sauce, 4 serving (remove)
    *garlic clove, raw, 1 serving (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.50 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .50 cup (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, .50 cup, diced (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1.00 cup (remove)
    Milk, 2%, .50 cup (remove)
    *Spice Cajun Blackened Seasoning (paprika, peppers, onion, garlic, salt), 2 tsp (remove)


Mix Bisquick and milk and knead doug h 5x then roll into pie crust and place in regular size pie pan. Brown bacon, take bacon out and brown chopped onions and garlic until translucent, add hamburger and 4 tbl. steak sauce and 2 tsp. cajun blackened spice mix, brown meat. place into pie crust. mix 1/2 c. egg substitute and 1/2 c. cheddar cheese and 2 Tbl. of shredded parmesean cheese, spread over top of pie, Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out of oven and let it cool and set for 15 min. before serving. I add a TBL. of fresh pico de gallo on the top as a garnish and serve with a salad. Makes 6 good size pie slices.
