Number of Servings: 2


    Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 0.5 cup
    Water, 0.5 cup, mixed with the soup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    White Wine, 6 fl oz
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast halves, bone and skin removed


1. Sautee garlic and mushrooms in 1 tbsp olive oil until oil is soaked up
2. Add wine and saute 2-3 minutes more
3. In a separate bowl, mix soup with water a little at a time to avoid lumps
4. Add soup mixture to sauteeing mushrooms/garlic/wine and stir to combine
5. Add chicken breasts and simmer until no longer pink
6. For thicker sauce, remove chicken breasts to a plate, and simmer until sauce is reduced to desired thickness, about 15 minutes
7. Add chicken back to sauce until heated.
8. Serve over 1/2 c cooked pasta, according to package directions.
