Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts
    Approx. 12 Keebler Club crackers, crumbled
    About 3 tablespoons butter
    One small egg
    Black Pepper

Directions

Makes 2-3 servings

Dip chicken breasts in egg, sprinkle with black pepper. Cover with cracker crumbs and place in a greased glass baking dish.

Place 1 or 2 tablespoons of butter on top of each chicken breast, depending on its size and place in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees. Bake for about 45 min or until cracker crumbs are golden brown and chicken is cooked through.
