Introduction

Wonderful on toast for breakfest or even as a side at lunch or dinner. Wonderful on toast for breakfest or even as a side at lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

    8 C. rhubarb, diced
    4 c. water
    2 c. splenda
    1 box black berry jello
    1 box strawberry jello

Directions

In a large sauce pan place water and rhubarb, bring to boil. Stir, add jello and splenda, stir very well until jello and splenda are desolved. Turn heat to simmer and reduce to half. Stiring often. When reduced place in container WITH LID and COVER in fridge. Will be semi runny when cooled and ready to eat.

Makes 10 -14 1/2 cup servings
