    1 lb. ground beef
    1/5 red onion
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 cup pureed carrot
    1/5 cup tomato sauce
    1/5 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. parmesan
    1.2 cup italian breadcrumbs
    1/4 cup milk
    4 slices bacon


chop and cook celery and onion till tender
mix milk and breadcrumbs
add onion mix, carrot, parmesan, ground beef and ketchup to breadcrumb mix
place mixture into bread pan, pour tomato sauce on top, top with bacon
bake at 350 degrees F for 40-50 minutes, or until cooked through
