    Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup
    *Flour, white, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Baking Powder, 4 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup


Mix dry ingredients; mix wet ingredients and add them to dry ingredients. Don't over stir. Bake in hot 425 oven for 20-25 minutes.
