    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 10 berry
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 0.25 cup, unthawed
    Pineapple, fresh, 0.25 cup, diced
    Crystal Light Raspberry Ice, .75 cup


Very simple snack or dessert: take 3/4 cup crystal light - your favorite flavor - and add it to your blender with frozen strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple. Blend until smooth enough to drink with a straw. The crystal light and pineapple give it sweetness, and the strawberries are the base flavor. Change out for your favorite berries of your choice, or go with a higher calorie version by replacing the crystal light with either apple juice, orange juice, or lemonade to copy the drinks made at a commercial juice bar. Note that if you use blackberries and raspberries, use those sparingly as they will make the blended drink a little gritty (from the seeds in those fruits). Throw in a 6oz nonfat yogurt to make it a "smoothie"! Hope you enjoy!
