    1c grated chedder
    .3c parmesan
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1tsp oregano
    1tsp basil

    1 med zucchini
    3 med tomatoes

    .25c margarine
    2tbsp chopped onion
    .75c bread crumbs


mix cheddar, parmesan, garlic, oregano and basil, in a small bowl and set aside. Slice zucchini and tomatoes into thin slices. In a 9X9 glass dish layer: zucchini, tomato and cheese mixture and then repeat. In a skillet melt margarine, add onion and bread crumbs. When browned put on top of the layers. Bake at 375 for 30 min and then uncover for 20 min more. Enjoy
