    4 cups water
    4 chicken boullion cubes or 4 tsp. granules
    1 cup frozen peas
    1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
    1 large egg, beaten


Add all ingredients except egg to a sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring occassionally. Lower heat to maintain a rolling boil. Using a fork, stream ribbons of beaten egg into soup.

Makes four 1-cup servings.

    I needed to double the amount of eggs so 2 instead of one or just use 1 egg 1 egg white. I needed it to have more egg in it. Also if you don't have chicken broth boullion works great too! I ommited the veggies the first time. Then I just played around with it. Its amazing what goes well in this soup - 3/28/11
