Ingredients

FOR CHOPS
2 boneless center cut pork chops
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
FOR SAUCE
1/4 cup "Sweet Baby Ray's" BBQ sauce
1 tbls. Smuckers Strawberry Preserves
1 tsp. Aunt Jemima Butter Rich Syrup
1 tsp. La Preferida Louisiana Hot Sauce
Directions
Makes Two 6 oz. center cut grilled chops.
1. Trim excess fat & season on a plate (dry rub, 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash lemon pepper & 1/4 tsp. garlic salt) chops on both sides with the lemon pepper and garlic salt. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to grill.
Fun Note: I added brand names because that is how the nutritional information was calculated. Any brand could be substituted and you can change up the preserves with jellies or jams or the syrup for honey.
2. In a small bowl combine 1/2 cup "Sweet Baby Ray's" BBQ Sauce, 1 tbls. Smuckers Strawberry Preserves, 1 tsp. La Preferida Louisiana Hot Sauce and 1 tsp. Aunt Jemima Butter Rich Syrup, mix well and refegerate until ready to use.
3. Prepare grill.
4. Grill chops turning in 5 minute intervals for grill marks (10 minutes on each side), basting with sauce as needed.
