    Broccoli, frozen chopped, 2 package (10 oz) defrosted and drained
    1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    1 can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup or look for my homemade version of condensed soup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large


Preheat oven to 350, spray 13x9 in baking pan. Combine broccoil, mayo, cheese, soup and eggs. Spread into panand bake for 35 mi or until set.
Optional top with crushed crackers and butter. (fattening original!)
Makes 12 side dish servings or can also be a main dish.
