    * *Brown Rice, medium grain, 2 cup (remove)
    * Black Olives, canned (small-extra large), 12 tbsp (remove)
    * *Dried Onion Flakes, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    * Scrambled Egg, 2 large (remove)
    * Milk, 2%, 1 fl oz (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    * starkist chunk light Tuna in water (3 oz), 1 serving (remove)


Combine all ingredients, and mix well. Distribute into 12 spots in a muffin tin and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Makes 12, though generally an adult serving is 3-4 muffinlets
