Cooks all day on low Cooks all day on low
Number of Servings: 6

2 chicken breasts, halved, boned, skinned (appears like four pieces, usually shrink-wrapped)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
    1 cup water

Place chicken breast halves, soup mixes and a cup of water in a crockpot. Cook on low all day.

Prepare rice and spoon chicken & soup mix over a bed of rice. You will almost be able to "shread" the chicken, which helps to make four breast halves into a 6 serving dish.

This is a working mom's version of my grandmother's baked chicken. She would throw all these same ingredients into a baking dish (uncooked rice too) and smother it with a stick of melted butter, then throw it in the oven at 270 for 2 hours. No time for a working mom to do that!
