Number of Servings: 8


    2 Cups dried Pinto Beans (or any dry bean)
    1 Lb. Jennie-O Turkey Ham
    1 Cup finely Diced onion
    1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
    1/4 Cup Molasses
    1 Packet Herb Ox Sodium Free Chicken Bouillon
    3 to 4 Cups water


Boil 2 C. dry beans in plain water for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and let set (covered) for 1 Hr. Drain and put in slow cooker. (crock pot). Add remaining ingredients - 1 Cup finely diced onion, 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar, 1/4 Cup Molasses, 1 packet of Herb Ox Sodium Free Bouillon, 1 Lb. cubed Jennie-O Turkey Ham and 3 to 4 cups of water. (enough to cover beans)

Cook for 6 to 8 hrs. Divide into 8 servings. I eat 1 serving for supper and freeze the rest in 1 cup containers.
