    8 oz rotini
    1/4 cup egg beaters
    2 tbsp grated parmesan
    1/4 c milk
    1 1/2 c ragu
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 c shredded mozzarella, divided


Cook pasta. Mix cooked pasta, milk, egg beaters, and parm cheese. Brown turnkey and mix in Ragu. Mix together remaining ingredients using 1/2 of mozzarella cheese. Place in baking dish, sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese, and bake for 30 minutes @ 350.
