I am just sort of making this up as I go... I am just sort of making this up as I go...

    1 Boboli Thin Pizza Crust, 10 oz
    3 Roma Tomatoes - sliced
    2 Tbsp Sun dried Tomatoes (I used Traer Joes in Olive Oil & Herbs)
    10 Kalamata Olives, pitted and sliced
    4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked with Garlic, herbs, and Butter flavored Pam
    2 tsp chopped Garlic
    .5 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
    .5 cup Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese


Brown Chicken on stovetop with garlic and herbs using Butter flavored Pam spray

While that is cooking, slice tomatoes and olives. Cut or slice chicken into bit sized portions and set aside.

Preheat oven to 450

Arrange sliced tomatoes on Boboli Crust. Add sun dried tomatoes, olives, chicken, feta and top with mozz cheese.

Place on rack or directly in oven, and bake for 8-10 minutes.
