    6 ounces Great Value (Kroger) Elbow Macaroni
    2 cups Yoder's Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 cup Kroger Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
    3/4 cup Bisquick Heart Smart
    2 cups Kroger 1% Milk
    1/4 tsp. Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
    1 large Egg
    1/4 cup Real Eggs (Costco) Egg Substitute
    1 can Value Time Mushrooms


Heat oven to 400. Spray 9or 10 inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Place uncooked macaroni in pie plate. Sprinkle with 2 3/4 cups of the cheese.

In medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour into pie plate.

Cover a cookie sheet with foil and place pie plate on cookie sheet. Spray a sheet of foil with cooking spray; place sprayed side down over pie plate. Bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5-15 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
