    * Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    * Basil, 0.25 tbsp (remove)
    * Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 8 oz (remove)
    * Sauce, Organic Catsup, 5 tbsp (remove)
    * Ground Mustard Powder, 0.50 tsp (remove)
    * Progresso Bread Crumbs Plain, 0.75 cup (remove)
    * Turkey - Jennie-O Ground - Italian Seasoned, 20 oz (remove)
    * worchester sauce, 3 tsp (remove)


combine ingredients... place in ungreased loaf pan , spread Catsup over top, bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until meat no longer pink in the center or 160 degrees on thermometer. Let cool 5 mins before serving; Optional.......May also add chopped red and green bell peppers to ingredients
