    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Egg white, 2 serving
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    *Kraft 2% cheddar block cheese, 1 oz
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 2 tbsp


Saute' the cabbage, carrot and onions until crips-tender. In a bowl, mix the egg, milk, cheese and seasoned salt. Combine the cabbage & egg mixture in a 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
