    head of cabbage, removing 12 leaves
    1lb lean ground beef, or ground turkey
    half cup chopped celery
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can mushrooms
    2 tbs on curry powder
    1tbs ground ginger
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can tomato sauce


Peel 12 leave from the head of cabbage keeping them intact as best as possible. boil leaves in water until limp. remove and let cool.

Preheat over to 375 degrees.

In a bowl mix ground beef, onion, celery,mushrooms, curry, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper. When mixed scoop a small palm full of meat mixture in a cabbage leaf and wrap around, securing with a toothpick if needed. When finished wrapping meat in leaves, set in baking pan and pour tomato sauce over all the rolls. Cover with tin foil and bake for one hour.

If you want, you can add brown rice. I was trying to keep the carbs as low as possible, so I left it out.
