    1 Cup Water
    1 Cup Ice Cubes
    1 Cup Frozen Blueberries or Favorite Fruit
    1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seed
    1 Scoop of GNC 100% Whey Protein
    12 oz. of Fat Free or Light Yogurt


Add Water, Ice, and Frozen Blueberries
Blend till Smooth
Add Remaining Ingredients
Blend again till Smooth
