Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup each of all white and whole wheat flour
    2/3 cup splenda, flaxseed, wheat germ
    1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, salt
    2 100gr low fat yogourt (any kind)
    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg + 2 egg whites
    1/4 cup apple sauce
    1 cup raspberries






    You can add nuts but the calories will go up.

Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients, mix all the wet ingredients, combine, pour in muffin pans, bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350
