    3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (16 oz)
    1 jar Herdez Salsa Verde
    1/4 tsp cayenne
    2 heaping tsp cumin
    1 1/2 tsp oregano
    1/4 tsp ground cloves
    1 can black beans - drained and rinsed
    1 chopped yellow onion + 2-3 cloves minced garlic
    2 cups cooked brown rice


Place chicken breasts in crock pot. Mix salsa verde and spices together and pour over chicken breasts. Add black beans, onions, and garlic and cook on low till chicken is done (4 -5 hrs). Shred chicken breasts and add rice. Mix well.

Not included in Nutrition Info: Garnish with choice of fat free sour cream, light shredded mexican cheese, chopped tomatoes, wholly guacamole, pickled hot carrots, etc.
