Introduction

Yummy and very low cal chicken salad. Of course you could sub any veggies you liked, this was just what I had on hand. I ate it in a ww pita but it would also be good on salad or crackers. Ingredients

    2 oz Chicken Breast, cooked & shredded
    1/4 c each, diced :
    Cucumber, Yellow Peppers & Red Onions
    1.5 Tbsp Golden Raisins
    3 Tbsp Chobani Greek Yogurt Non-Fat, Plain
    1.5 tbsp Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp Curry powder
    a splash of Balsamic Vinegar
    1/2 tsp sriracha (hot sauce)

Directions

Mix everything together in a bowl & serve in a WW Pita. This filled both halves of a pita to overflowing and I could only eat one half because It was so filling. Enjoy!
