Number of Servings: 60


    6 cups rolled oats (I used regular, not instant)
    1 cup coconut, flaked
    1 cup almonds, sliced (or pecans, chopped)
    1 cup sunflower seeds (shelled)
    1/2 cup sessame seeds (can mix with flax seeds)
    2/3 cup honey
    2/3 cup oil


In large bowl, mix together oats, nuts, coconut, and sessame seeds.

In small bowl mix till blended, oil and honey.

Add oil/honey mix to dry ingredients. Stir till consistently covered.

Spread in large baking sheet. (If it's a no-stick pan, take care that the cereal does not burn at the edges.)

Bake in a 300 degree oven for 30 min or till lightly brown. Stir the mixture in the pan and bake another 20+ minutes till toasty brown.

Remove and spread out on countertop to cool, then store covered tightly.

If you like raisins, pop into the warm oven and let sit while the oven cools down. Then add to granola mix before storing.

Makes 60 servings of 1/3 cup.
