    Pumpkin, 4 cups in pieces.
    Onion, 1 medium
    Butter / Ghee, 1 tbsp
    Chicken stock, 2 cups
    Ground cumin, 1 tsp
    Ground coriander, 1 tsp
    Curry powder, 1 tsp
    Sour Cream, 0.25 cup


Fry onions and spices in butter / ghee. Add pumpkin (should be raw) and stock with enough water to cover pumpkin. When pumpkin is cooked, blend and add sour cream / cream.

Can be served with extra sour cream, or yogurt mixed with lemon juice or a drizzle of olive oil.
