    1/4 cup water
    1 tsp honey
    1 tbsp dried blueberries
    1/2 pear, diced
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon


Place water and honey into small saucepan. Bring to strong simmer until honey dissolves. Add blueberries and cinnamon. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until liquid reduces. Add pears and simmer until liquid has turned into light syrup and pears are soft. Serve immediately over oatmeal or ice cream, or refrigerate for later use.

Makes two servings.
