    Minced Garlic
    Bell Pepper
    Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    Italian Seasoning


Makes approxamately 10 3 oz servings

For best results place all ingredients into a ceramic oven crock. Cook on 200 degrees for 3 to 6 hours. This roast will be tender, juicy, flavorful, and melt in your mouth.

If desired, add carrots and/or potatoes during the last hour.
