    6 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 tbsp. flour
    dash paprika
    1 tbsp. dijon mustard
    1 tsp. water
    1 tsp honey
    dash salt
    dash pepper
    1 tsp salted butter


Preheat oven to 425. Line pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Pound chicken until 1/2" thick.

Combine bread crumbs, flour and paprika in a shallow bowl.

In another small bowl, combine mustard, water, honey, salt & pepper.

Coat both sides of chicken with mustard mixture, then with bread crumbs. Place chicken on pan & drizzle with melted butter.

Bake 10-15 min. or until done.

Serves 1
