    2 lbs. of Ground Round
    1 Medium Onion
    2 Large Eggs
    1/3 Cup of Brown Sugar
    5 Garlic Cloves pressed
    1 Cup any style Bread Crumbs
    2 tsp. black pepper (optional)
    3 tsp. salt (or to your liking)
    1/2 Cup Half and Half Cream


Add all ingredients into a large bowl; use hands to mix ingredients thoroughly. Pour into a rectangular shaped 9 x 12 inch greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1.5 hours. Depending on your oven, you may need to bake a little longer. Setting the temperature at 350 degrees or higher tends to cause dryness. Makes ten servings.
